I always choose this place for its excellent wi-fi, free parking, and helpful 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me print important documents, and I truly appreciated their kindness. Great place for your stay! Coming back for Xmas!

Arriving at 1 am, I faced an hour-long wait for check-in and was denied restroom access, making an already stressful situation worse after my flight cancellation.

I had a wonderful time during my stay, as I could easily walk to the Charles M. Schulz Museum and the Museum of Sonoma County, both within almost a 2 km distance, which tossed in a fun mix of culture and art during my weekend exploration.

The location sits in a quiet area, ideal for those looking to escape the usual hustle and bustle. The new wood floors in some rooms offer a cleaner option for those with allergies.

Checking in brought unexpected inconveniences. I found out upon arrival that the elevator wasn’t working—climbing to the third floor with luggage wasn’t my idea of a good time. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. I encountered multiple black hairs and stains in the tub and on surfaces, which I had to address myself. The refrigerator placement made it a bit tricky to access, and the breakfast options were limited, lacking variety. Lastly, the thin towels just didn’t cut it.

We had a nice time during our stay, especially enjoying our visit to the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens. The kitchen in our room was useful for preparing meals, and it was convenient having dishes and cookware provided. My son loved being able to grab snacks easily.

My kids wished for better soundproofing. the noise from other rooms was disruptive at night.

The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator and enough pots and pans. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. We had easy access to the nearby hospital. We returned multiple times for medical reasons, as this location met our needs. It is not luxury, but it provided what we needed.

There were no gluten-free options at breakfast. No herbal teas were available.

Not the best experience

Got stuck here for a night after a flight mess-up. The check-in was a hassle at 1 am. I tried to use the restroom while waiting, but they said I couldn't. Room was clean, but the staff was overwhelmed. Could've used more help. Coffee in the lobby was decent tho.
